Jonas Elbousty
Jonas Elbousty holds graduate degrees, including MPhil and a PhD, from Columbia University, New York city.
He teaches in the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations at Yale University where he serves as the Director of Undergraduate Studies and the Director of the Summer Study Abroad Program in Rabat, Morocco.
His two published books are Vitality and Dynamism: Interstitial Dialogues of Language, Politics, and Religion in Morocco’s Literary Tradition (2014) and Advanced Arabic Literary Reader (2015).
