Saleh Snoussi is Professor of International Law and Relations in the Faculty of Economic and Political Science at the University of Benghazi. He has an MA in International Relations from the University of Dijon, France (1977), and a PhD from the Sorbonne in Political Science (1987). Since 1985 he has published five novels, the last (excerpted in Banipal 40 – Libyan Fiction) The Valley of the Wind in 2002, by Dar al-Hilal, Cairo.
