was born in 1968 in Beni Milal, Morocco. Since 1990 he has lived in Bordeaux and Paris. He established a literary magazine, Israf, [Excess], with Jalal El Hakmaoui and others, which aspires to be a sort of mobile poem. Since 1987 he has published his poems, written in French and Arabic, in several magazines. His first collection of poems in French was published in 2000.
