Mohammed Afif al-Hussaini
is a Syrian poet of Kurdish descent (b.1957 in Amouda), living in Sweden since 1989. Since 1990 he has published six books of poetry and a novel. He supervised the publication of Hajanama, a Kurdish cultural magazine.
