Atef Abu Saif
was born in 1973 in Jabaliya refugee camp, Gaza. He has a degree in English literature and a diploma in translation from Birzeit University, 1996, and an MA in European Studies from Bradford University, 1999. He has published three novels, one collection of short stories and a play entitled Mr. Perfect.
