Salah el-Moncef
was born in Kuwait in 1962, and presently lives between France and Germany, teaching American culture at Nantes Univeristy. He has written short stories, poems, and essays on modernist poetry and postmodern fiction, in particular Atopian Limits, a study on postmodern narrative.
