Tareq Bakari
Tareq Bakari was born in Missour, eastern Morocco, in 1988. He graduated with a BA in Arabic Literature from Mohamed Bin Abdullah University, Fes, in 2010 and obtained a diploma from the Meknes Teacher Training College in 2011. Since then, he has worked as an Arabic language teacher in Meknes.
He has published many articles and creative writing, in print and online. Numedia (2015) is his first novel, and is shortlisted for the 2016 IPAF.
