is a Saudi poet, essayist and critic, and government minister, well known in the Arab world in the worlds of academia, politics and diplomacy. He has published over 20 works in Arabic including poetry, essays, prose meditations and a novel. He has been Ambassador of the Royal Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in London.
